of food and coffee

i'm rediscovering the joys of sandwiches. it versatility and convenience. for example, a take on the classic blt -> mayo, lettuce, tomato, brescola in a italian focaccia. how about fusion italian/indian - wholemeal sandwich of tandoori chicken, rocket, tomato sauce and ripped basil leaves . unfortunately i've not got any photos of some of my fav sandwiches.
